RioRay and Rai is a fully owned subsidiary of Ritya Trading (…….) (Thereafter referred to as “us”, “we”, or “our”) owns and operates this website www.riyorayand rai…. ?) through which RioRay and Rai product(s) and other branded products are sold.
The user (hereafter referred to as you or your) who obtains any product or service by using this website in subject to the Terms and Conditions. Please read our terms and conditions prior to making and purchases or obtaining any services from this website. You will enter into a contract when you purchase a product or service via our website and payment is made by you and you receive the invoice reference for the purchased product/service.
Our Terms and Conditions or part of same will be amended from time to time. The website must be accessed and products/services purchased only if you agree to our terms and conditions given on this website. We have the rights to change, amend, replace, update or revise information given on our Terms and Conditions or website at any given time.
These terms also govern any information provided and use of our social media pages which are Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

GENERAL CONSITIONS.
The website must be used by individuals/groups above the age of 18 years. Individuals below 18 years will be considered as under aged. Any under aged individuals cannot make any purchases using this website.
We reserve the right to amend any prices given on the website, change product/colour images or to refuse any product/ service offer to anyone at any given time. We also reserve the right to limit the quantities purchased. We consider the right to discontinue any product line at any given time.
SALES TERMS
The products shown in this website are subject to availability. Once the product is ordered online we will get in touch with you for further details and in the event the products aren’t available in the required colour and size we will inform you by email and make arrangements to refund the money. The products shown on the website are for illustrative purpose only and as much as we have tried to replicate the product as displayed on the website there could be variations in actual product image, fit and colour.
Our exchange policy in to return good purchased within 7 days from purchase date as stated on the invoice. You may return any goods at our stores. (Please refer to the store location given on website). The product must be with the original tag and the RioRay and Rai purchase invoice. If neither one is available, we will not be in a position to make and exchange. A product may be exchanges with another product or another size / colour of the same product but a monitory refund will not be made. Before a product exchange is made we will check the authenticity of the exchange and the product quality. The decision to exchange products are purely at the discretion of our staff and if required we will refuse the refund request. At all times we will act fairly.
Once the product is delivered to you and you accept it inform of accepting the receipt/invoice the ownership of the product is transferred to you thereafter.
We are open to receive any feedback regarding the product/service and encourage you to provide feedback for the continuous improvement of our brand.
After care of the products – We recommend you to follow the washing instructions given on care labels.
LOGIN AND WEB ACCESS
You can login to our account using your username and password after creating an account with us. We will request you to provide your personal information when opening an account and to provide accurate information at all times. Your username and password must be kept confidential by you and we will not take liability for any loss or damage for any unauthorised access done using your login credentials. At all times we will ensure that your personal information given to us our protected to the best of our ability.
Access to our website is given on temporary basis and we reserve the right to deny or withdraw any user access at any given time. All copyrights of our website belongs to us. You cannot duplicate, copy, sell or reproduce details of our website without our written consent.

LOYALTY PROGRAM
We have a unique loyalty programme that allows you the earn loyalty points. To be entitled to our loyalty programme you need to create an account with us. You may create an account online via our website or by requesting a form from our staff in our stores who will enter you to our loyalty programme. Incase an order is cancelled after purchased for which you have earned loyalty points, upon cancelation of the order the points earned too will be cancelled.
DELIVERY
Products will be delivered within 3-7 working days (Working days are referred to as Monday to Friday excluding Poya days, Public holidays and weekends) of purchase within regular operating conditions in the country. We will not be liable for any delivery delays due to events outside of our control. (Events outside our control are referred to as accidents, road closures or re-routes, riots, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, curfew, sanctions, etc.
PAYMENTS
We accept authorized credit/debit cards listed on our site for payments or cash for the products on delivery or by using our valid gift vouchers. We use a third party payment processor (……………………….) to whom you submit your payment details directly and thereby subject to the terms and conditions of ………. We are no responsible for the errors made by …… or any unauthorised access by ……….
All prices given on the website are in Sri Lankan Rupees excluding the currier/delivery cost.

By posting contents in our social media channels (Facebook, instagram twitter) you grant us a royalty free, non-exclusive to use copy or re-produce process, adopt, change or reproduce the information posted on our social media sites. We have the right to delete any comments made on our social media sites by third party (Third party includes, customers, any users of our website)
APPLICATION OF LAW AND JURISDICTION
We have the right to bring legal proceedings for any breach of contract of all above conditions. The court of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka will have the exclusive jurisdiction over all claims relating to the use of our website and legal proceedings relating to the same.
